Payment Options
Hujjaj Travels offers two main payment options for customers, pilgrims, guests and travel agents.
Customers may pay in advance by transferring the payment directly to the Hujjaj Travels Saudi bank account before the ride. Customers may also choose to pay cash directly to the driver after the ride is completed.
This flexible payment option allows guests to book private Hajj and Umrah transport with confidence and transparency.
Pay After Ride
For customer satisfaction, Hujjaj Travels usually allows guests to pay after the ride is completed. This means customers can complete their journey and then pay cash to the driver according to the confirmed fare.
Advance Bank Transfer
If a customer, guest or travel agent wants to pay before the ride, they may transfer the payment directly to the Hujjaj Travels Saudi bank account. Bank transfer details will be shared only through official Hujjaj Travels communication channels.
Customers should keep proof of payment after making any advance transfer.
Payment Details Are Not Stored
Hujjaj Travels does not store customer payment details. If a customer pays through bank transfer, the payment is handled directly through the relevant bank or payment method.
Fare Confirmation
Many Hujjaj Travels fares are fixed for standard routes. However, some vehicles, routes and special bookings are provided on demand, and the fare may be confirmed after reviewing the full booking details.
Final pricing may depend on route, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, date, pickup time, season and special service requirements.
Seasonal Price Changes
Prices may change during Ramadan, Hajj season, peak travel periods, high-demand arrival days or busy travel dates. Customers will be informed of the confirmed fare before the booking is finalised.
What the Fare Includes
The confirmed fare normally includes experienced driver cost, quality vehicle rent, fuel charges, parking fee where applicable, driver tip and taxes where applicable.
There are no hidden charges when the booking details are accurate and the ride is completed according to the confirmed route and service plan.
Extra Stops and Normal Journey Breaks
For intercity rides such as Makkah to Madinah or Madinah to Makkah, guests may request normal stops for Salah, lunch, snacks or washroom use. These stops are included in the fare and are not charged separately.
For Ziyaraat tours, normal waiting time and stops at included Ziyaraat locations are also included in the confirmed fare.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if advance payment was made and the booking is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation rules, or if Hujjaj Travels is unable to provide the confirmed service and no suitable alternative is arranged.
Refunds may also be considered in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect payment or a payment made by mistake, subject to review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available if the customer cancels an airport pickup after the Tafweej or pickup permission document has already been issued.
Refunds may also not apply if the customer provides incorrect information, fails to arrive for an airport pickup, cannot be contacted, changes the route after dispatch, or cancels outside the applicable cancellation terms.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers should contact Hujjaj Travels with their full name, phone number, booking date, route, amount paid, payment method, proof of payment and reason for the refund request.
Each refund request will be reviewed based on booking details, cancellation timing, payment records and communication history.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed through the suitable available method. The time required may depend on the bank, payment method or transfer process.
