For airport transfers, we may also collect flight arrival or departure details so our booking team can track the flight schedule, prepare the booking confirmation voucher and coordinate the pickup or drop-off properly.

We use your information to confirm and manage Hajj and Umrah taxi bookings, arrange airport pickups, coordinate Makkah to Madinah taxi rides, manage Ziyaraat transport, share driver details, provide fare information, respond to customer questions and improve our service quality.
We may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email for booking confirmation, driver coordination, service updates, payment guidance, customer support or important changes related to your ride. We may also use your contact and booking enquiry information for follow-up communication, service reminders, customer support, retargeting, special offers, discounts, and relevant Hajj or Umrah transport updates.
For marketing, retargeting, offers, or follow-up communication, Hujjaj Travels may keep enquiry and booking-related data for up to 40 days after the customer’s enquiry, booking, or completed ride, unless a longer retention period is required for booking records, payment verification, legal compliance, complaint handling, or internal service records.
Customers may request not to receive marketing or promotional follow-up messages at any time by contacting Hujjaj Travels through WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Booking Confirmation and Driver Coordination
Once a booking is confirmed, Hujjaj Travels may create a booking confirmation voucher and assign a booking confirmation number. For confirmed rides, selected booking details may be shared with the assigned driver or transport coordinator, including your name, phone number, pickup location, destination, flight details, passenger count and luggage details.
Driver details are usually shared around 24 hours before the pickup date so guests can coordinate directly with the driver through WhatsApp when required.
Payment Information
Hujjaj Travels does not store customer payment details. Customers may pay cash to the driver after the ride is completed, or they may choose to transfer advance payment directly to the Hujjaj Travels Saudi bank account before the ride.
If payment is made through a bank transfer or third-party method, that transaction may be handled by the relevant bank or payment provider according to their own security and privacy practices.
