Welcome to Hujjaj Travels. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and booking our Hajj and Umrah taxi services in Saudi Arabia.
By visiting our website, contacting us, requesting a quote or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Our Transport Services
Hujjaj Travels provides private taxi and transport services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, families, groups and travel agents. Our services include airport transfers, Makkah to Madinah taxi service, Madinah to Makkah taxi service, Jeddah Airport to Makkah taxi service, Makkah to Jeddah airport transfers, Ziyaraat trips, Taif and Hada tours, Badar Ziyaraat, Jeddah city tours, family transport and group transport.
Hujjaj Travels does not provide Riyadh or Dammam services. Only routes and service areas confirmed by Hujjaj Travels should be considered available.
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a website form, sending a WhatsApp message or calling our team does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when Hujjaj Travels confirms the ride details through WhatsApp, phone, email or booking confirmation voucher.
After confirmation, our booking team may issue a booking confirmation voucher and booking confirmation number.
Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate booking information, including full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, pickup location, drop-off location, travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage details, vehicle preference and flight number where airport pickup or drop-off is required.
Hujjaj Travels is not responsible for delays, missed pickups or incorrect arrangements caused by wrong, incomplete or late information provided by the customer.
Private Transport Service
All Hujjaj Travels rides are private. We do not provide shared taxi service unless a different arrangement is clearly confirmed in writing.
Private transport allows pilgrims and guests to travel with more comfort, privacy and flexibility during airport transfers, city-to-city rides and Ziyaraat tours.
Fares and Pricing
Hujjaj Travels usually provides fixed fares for standard routes. However, some vehicles, routes and special bookings may be priced on demand. Prices may also change during Ramadan, Hajj season, peak travel periods or high-demand days.
The fare may depend on route, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, travel date, pickup time, season, route conditions and special service requirements.
What Is Included in the Fare
The confirmed fare normally includes experienced driver cost, quality vehicle rent, fuel charges, parking fee where applicable, driver tip and taxes where applicable.
Hujjaj Travels aims to keep pricing transparent. There are no hidden or unnecessary extra charges when the service is booked and confirmed correctly.
Vehicle Availability and Replacement
Hujjaj Travels tries to provide the vehicle selected or confirmed at the time of booking. If the booked vehicle is not available due to operational reasons, the customer will usually be informed in advance.
Where possible, Hujjaj Travels may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at the same fare.
Passenger and Luggage Policy
Customers should provide correct passenger and luggage details before booking. Hujjaj Travels does not charge extra for normal extra luggage, but passengers should still choose a suitable vehicle based on group size and luggage space.
If the luggage or passenger count is too large for the selected vehicle, Hujjaj Travels may recommend a larger vehicle for safety and comfort.
Customers must not carry illegal, unsafe, flammable, prohibited or dangerous items in the vehicle.
Child Seats and Wheelchair Requests
Child seats, wheelchair support and special assistance requests must be mentioned before booking. These services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Customers travelling with elderly passengers, children or guests using foldable wheelchairs should inform Hujjaj Travels in advance so the team can recommend a suitable vehicle. Larger vehicles such as Staria, GMC Yukon XL, Hiace, Coaster or Bus may be more suitable depending on passenger count, luggage, wheelchair size and route requirements.
Hujjaj Travels does not guarantee wheelchair-accessible vehicles unless this has been clearly confirmed before booking.
Extra Stops During Intercity Rides
During Makkah to Madinah or Madinah to Makkah rides, guests may request reasonable stops for Salah, lunch, snacks or washroom use. These normal journey stops are included in the fare and are not charged separately.
Ziyaraat Tours
During Ziyaraat tours, pilgrims may request stops for offering Salah inside mosques, making dua at specific places and visiting included Ziyaraat locations. Waiting time during Ziyaraat is included, and there are no separate waiting charges for standard Ziyaraat stops.
Any route or place outside the agreed Ziyaraat plan should be confirmed with Hujjaj Travels or the driver.
Customer Behaviour
Customers must respect the driver, vehicle and other service arrangements. Hujjaj Travels may refuse or stop service if a customer behaves abusively, damages the vehicle, refuses to pay, carries prohibited items, provides false information or creates a safety risk.
Lost Items
If a customer leaves an item in the vehicle, Hujjaj Travels will do its best to help return it. We treat customer belongings with care and respect. However, customers are responsible for keeping their personal items safe during the journey.
Complaints and Support
Hujjaj Travels takes customer complaints and suggestions seriously. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to respond to complaints on the same day wherever possible.
24/7 Service Availability
Hujjaj Travels is available 24/7. Customers can book rides during the day, afternoon, evening or night, subject to route and vehicle availability.
Service Limitations
Hujjaj Travels is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by flight delays, immigration delays, road closures, weather, government restrictions, permit issues, hotel delays, customer delays, incorrect information or circumstances outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
Hujjaj Travels may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version published on this page will apply to future bookings and website use.
